Letter from the Marketing Manager
This past March, I took over as the new Marketing Manager at BMM. I have been holding the same position at out sister company, Diagnostic Management Affiliates, PPO, LLC, since April of 2007. I have enjoyed getting to know many of the quality attorneys and medical providers in the BMM network, as you have all made my first few months a truly memorable experience. Although there are some attorneys I have not yet had the pleasure of meeting, I hope to be seeing all of you as I continue to make my way around the area.
The past few months have been a transformative period at BMM, and the changes have certainly been for the better. For starters, we have updated our marketing and promotional materials, and are working daily on our new, sleek company website, www.bmmppo.com. We have also had the pleasure of signing up new providers and attorneys around the state to be a part of the BMM network.
We have been working daily to improve BMM’s services for our valued attorneys. Over the past few months, we have lowered our surgery deposits to a lower, more affordable 10%. We have also been going through our provider network in order to negotiate bare-bottom pricing so that we may begin offering discounts to our attorneys at various facilities. As some of you may know, I am not the only new face around the office. Many of you have met our new Marketing Associate, Alex Onstott, who works with me to ensure that BMM is meeting the needs of our attorneys. Danielle Hodge, our new Scheduling Coordinator will be around to set up, schedule, and coordinate your clients’ medical treatment. The friendly new voice calling to update your accounts statuses and manage our collections from here on out will be Sharon Price. You should all be glad to know, however, that we still have our Financing Manager, Amber Chambless and our General Manager, Jack Onstott to oversee the staff and operations as we continue to look toward the future.
