BMM is a legal service that will pay for all of the medical procedures involved in your case, allowing you to reimburse the costs upon settlement or go up to two years before making any payments.

In addition to providing fast, easy access to local health care providers, BMM’s friendly staff will also set up and schedule the appointments for you, while maintaining all of the medical records and expenses for your case.

For Diagnostic testing, Pain Management, and Physical Therapy, there is no deposit or down payment required.

For Surgical procedures, BMM will usually ask for a low, up-front deposit that will be credited to you balance (usually 10%)

BMM allows you to set up MRI’s, Diagnostic Testing, and Pain Management procedures at a discounted rate. The prices vary by providers and by area, but we will always discount the costs of these procedures as much as we possibly can.

BMM charges the usual and customary rates of the provider.

What does that mean? It means that whatever we are quoted by the medical providers is what we charge to you. There is NO MARKUP to use BMM’s services.

IT’S SIMPLE (that was lame, sorry). For 12 Months after the date of the procedure, your account is completely interest-free.

At the beginning of the 13th month, your account will begin accruing simple interest at a low annual rate. There are no tricks involved, we do not go back and charge you any interest for the first year.

You may also note that BMM’s interest rates are completely in line with the standards set by the Louisiana Bar Association.

Technically, never, though we don’t prefer it. When you sign up with BMM, there are no fees or usage minimums involved. You use us whenever it is best for you and your case.
